Nutritional Consultation - We are what we eat!

We are delighted to be able to offer nutritional advice in conjunction with Morag Moseley of Gelert Behaviour. There is an enormous link between food and behaviour and the simple task of changing your dog's diet can have an enormous change in how they behave, this can include walking on the lead, ability to relax etc.

Morag Moseley RVN DMS Cert SAN is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with a special interest in force-free training and nutrition. Nutrition affects behaviour to an extent that many pet owners are surprised by.

Morag is a long-standing member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (member no 00743) and holds the City and Guilds Certificate in Small Animal Nutrition. She is available by telephone (or in person, in Worcestershire) to discuss ways for you to provide your dog with the best possible nutrition.

She is not affiliated with any food manufacturer or company but has a broad knowledge of foods available in the current marketplace and their advantages and disadvantages (and is learning more every day !). She can direct you to sources of impartial information about feeding your dog should you wish to continue to research for yourself.

Whilst the Xtra Dog dogs are raw fed we know that this is not the solution for every dog and lifestyle so we are pleased to offer suitable suggestions that include raw, dry or tinned foods.

Please contact us if you are interested in a booking a nutritional consultation.
